Welcome to Dubucket (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, mobile application, or placing an order with us, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Dubucket provides online sale and home delivery of fresh chicken, fish, mutton, and eggs within Modinagar (Pin Code: 201204).
Product availability may vary depending on stock, season, and delivery area.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our official website/app or customer support.
Payments can be made via online modes (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking) or Cash on Delivery (if available).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Delivery
We deliver only in Modinagar and nearby areas as per our service coverage.
Delivery time is usually within a few hours of placing the order but may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen situations.
Customers must provide the correct address and contact details for smooth delivery.
4. Product Quality & Freshness
We ensure that all meat and eggs are fresh, hygienically handled, and properly packed.
Customers are requested to check the products at the time of delivery.
Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, except in case of genuine quality issues.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order by contacting our customer support.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Dubucket reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect details, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure proper handling and cooking of meat and eggs after delivery.
Dubucket will not be responsible for health issues arising from improper storage or cooking after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dubucket will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the order value.
8. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. Customer data (name, address, contact details, payment information) will only be used for order processing and service improvement.
We do not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
Dubucket reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services will mean that you accept the updated terms.
