Refund & Return Policy – Dubucket

At Dubucket, we value your trust and strive to deliver fresh and hygienic chicken, fish, mutton, and eggs right to your doorstep. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.


1. Doorstep Return

  • Customers can check the order at the time of delivery.

  • If you find any issue with freshness, quality, or wrong items, you can return the order immediately to the delivery partner.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


2. Return After Delivery

  • If you notice an issue after delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the order.

  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered (unconsumed/uncooked).

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used items cannot be returned.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we confirm the issue, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return/refund.

  • Products that have been stored improperly, cooked, or consumed are not eligible for refund.
